Young Hoosier Conservation Corp. (YHCC): The Young Hoosier Conservation Corp. is a summer job program designed to aid divisions within the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) of the State of Indiana. Participants will work with DNR to beautify Indiana’s state parks, forest, reservoirs, nature preserves, wildlife and recreation areas and historic sites. Description: Will assist with the general maintenance repairs of the site building and property. Will assist with the landscapring and maintenance of the grounds. Must have the ability to do a lot of mamual labor and spend a majority of the time working outdoors.

Internship Opportunities
Angel Mounds State Historic Site is currently offering internship opportunities to college and graduate level students. Internships at Angel Mounds offer professional experience to students in an engaging and informative atmosphere. Through the internship program, students learn the fundamentals of historic site administration, including daily operations, research, public relations, marketing, interpretation, and fundraising. Most former interns have continued their professional development by attending graduate school or landing a job in their field.
